While the site needed a visual "facelift", it's a testimony to their expertise and design skill that all the features (e-commerce, database support) on our original site still contribute greatly to the success of our school.

TBA Executive Search created a new corporate identity, allowing BWE to design a coordinating, updated look for their web site.

Karen Choly, Operations Manager, at TBA Executive Search contacted BWE to update their site's "look and feel". BWE was the natural choice because they built the original site almost ten years ago and have continuously provided design and hosting services during that period.

The site has a new look consistent with the updated corporate identity and includes a Flash header. A new functional feature for the site is a content manager and image upload interface so that web content can be easily updated. An industry-related event database was added and events are automatically removed from the site when they have passed. Existing features include a list of available jobs that can also be edited from the password-protected web administration area.

tbarecruiting.com was launched on November 16, 2007 with hosting services provided by BWE.

TBA Executive Search has its main office in Traverse City, Michigan, and is a leading executive search firm specializing in the medical device, medical imaging, and healthcare IT industries. TBA Executive Search, previously known as Bogle Associates, has been utilizing BWE's web design and hosting services since 1997. Web development for this project was completed using Adobe Cold Fusion and Adobe Flash. The site is hosted by BWE.
