BWE launches new multi-lingual site for Austrian Non-profit.

The new web site, sensorische-integration.at, was launched in May 7, 2009. The Austrian Society for Sensory Integration (GSIÖ) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the international cooperation and exchange of ideas, including curriculum and therapy materials for SI (Sensory Integration). A parallel organization, SI-SeminarInstitut, provides SI education for therapists.

BWE developed a new look and feel including an updated graphical user interface for improved navigation. The site includes a product catalog and shopping cart with order confirmation and product information in German. Product pricing/invoices show in Euros.

BWE provided a turnkey web-site solution that includes both functional development and a customized graphical layout. BWE hosts the site and provides updates when required.

The site includes easy-to-use features so that content and class information can be available in German or English.

The new site includes these features:

• A Content Manger with Image Upload Interface for quick push-button publishing of content and images.
• Foreign Language Content Manager for publishing both German and English content. Visitors choose their language preference, which is maintained during their visit.
• Course Schedule Database with Online Registration that allows site administrators to add, edit or delete classes. Visitors register online so that class capacity and attendance is automatically maintained via the admin control panel. If courses are at capacity or the start date has passed, they are not shown on the public site.

In developing the site, BWE team worked directly with, Elisabeth Soechting, president of GSIÖ and owner of SI-SemainrInstitut. GSIÖ (Austrian Society for Sensory Integration), based in Vienna, Austria is a non-profit organization. SI-SeminarInstitut, a sister organization, is also located in Vienna, Austria and provides education for therapists.
