Email Campaign Integrates with Real Time Visitor Tracking

BWE creates custom surveys and web pages that are part of an email campaign which includes real time visitor tracking for effectiveness.

Working directly with Kimberly Tyson, Program Manager of the Embryo Adoption Awareness Campaign, BWE developed these custom features for the site:

  1. Custom HTML pages that include both videos and surveys as part of the email campaign
  2. Custom surveys with results stored in a database for quick review
  3. Real time visitor tracking for each web page that is visited during the campaign

Bill Buyok, BWE's account manager noted, "The great part about this interface is that the results are stored and tracked in real time and can be viewed 24/7 from a password protected web interface. This tool really helps you understand the immediate effectiveness of your campaigns so that you can make changes while they are in progress."

The Embryo Adoption Awareness Campaign has headquarters in Fullerton, CA and works to increase awareness, knowledge and understanding of embryo adoption and donation to those struggling with infertility. BWE hosts embryoadoption.org and has been working with this non-profit since July 2007.
